1. Digital Products & Courses

All products and courses sold on Digins.store are digital and delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No refunds will be issued once the product or course has been downloaded or accessed.

  • Please ensure you carefully review the product description before making a purchase.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.

  • The product was defective or inaccessible due to an issue on our end.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Technical issues caused by the user’s device or software.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:
